I can’t log in

i lost my phone on bus and my apple id is different on my phone and ipad im trying to log into my phone apple id so i can find it but since i dont have my phone i cant verify that its me so it won’t let me log in.

I understand that your iPhone is lost but you have an iPad that is signed on with a different Apple ID than your iPhone. The following will only work if Find My has been activated on your lost iPhone.

On your iPad,

  1. Open the Find My app.
  2. Choose the Me tab.
  3. Select Help a Friend. (This option is located all the way down)
  4. You can 👉 sign in to iCloud with the Apple ID that was used on the missing device.
