About iOS 16.4

I downloaded the ios 16.4 update to my phone. When I enter Instagram after downloading, I cannot hear the sound of the videos I watch.
Could this be due to the update?

Instagram reels software 26.1 update Instagram reels on IPad are not working properly after the 26.1 update… anyone is facing the same problem?

More likely, it is due to Instagram not updating their app to work with the latest iOS version.
