Purchased tv shows won’t play

I purchased the Seinfeld episodes on I tunes . Now I only get 30 seconds of play. How do I get them to play the whole episode? It used to work fine, but I haven’t tried it in a while, and now can’t get it to play. I must be doing something wrong 😑

Purchased tv shows won’t autoplay I cannot get a purchased tv show to auto play (Downton Abbey). I purchased these shows when they were first available through iTunes. Upon researching I found the “how to play” under details. It wants me to rebuy the seasons if I use AppleTV as the way to play. Otherwise it suggests BritBox, Prime, etc. They are in my available library and auto play/resume is the only thing I’m missing. This is true across all my AppleTVs (4K down to first and second previous gens). Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Episodes not available to play even though I've purchased the whole series Hi folks, I purchased the entire MASH series several years ago. It plays great when I've downloaded them onto my devices. PC, IPad, etc. Recently I tried to watch them on Apple TV on my XBox and noticed that only three episodes were available to watch. I went and looked at the series in the Itunes store and it shows as "purchased" however the episodes themselves show as only available in the individual seasons. See the first screenshot. I scrolled down to find one of the episodes that shows up as available in Apple TV and it shows as playable in the list below. See the second screen shot. When I look at the episodes in my account purchases it shows just the three. see the third screenshot. And when I look at purchased seasons I see the entire series. Fourth screenshot. Any idea why only those three episodes are playable in Apple TV? Thanks
