Apple services has taken my money but is not refunding for the cancelled F1 subscription before trial ended NOR is giving me access to F1TV Pro Subscription for a year

I’m unable to put my case forward as the back end engineer and the business analyst didn’t understand what UPI is, I’ve been charged using that platform.
for support if it is not Apple.com as the charging then it is outside their preview is what I’ve been told
i need a call to be arranged with Apple India support team who understand what UPI is and how it works so that I can ask for refund
Apple charged me under the name Apple Services - UPI Handle Appleservices.bdsi@icici and neither the subscription is shown as invoiced nor refunding the money
