Continuing to be charged despite cancelling subscription
Hi, I cancelled a subscription in May 2025 but have continued to be charged monthly for this. I tried to cancel direct with the supplier but as it is via Apple they can't do this. I can't request a refund as it doesn't appear as a current subscription.
It shows as cancelled on the Apple subscriptions since May. How do I go about cancelling these monthly charges? and getting a refund for the money paid since May?
