Display digital time on Apple watch with seconds in this format HH:MM:SS

How do I add seconds to the digital time? I want a watch face that shows day, date, hours, minutes and seconds. Numbers and letters in red color, black background. I can not figure out how to add seconds. This is a watch. Why is it difficult to add seconds? All watch faces should display seconds as a default. Am I correct that it is impossible to get a display like this: HH:MM:SS
