Why my Yuka app isn’t sharing with my family member despite being set up to do so.

According to https://apps.apple.com/us/app/yuka-food-cosmetic-scanner/id1092799236 the app itself is free so it shouldn't need Family Sharing to download. Note that it may not be possible to share in-app purchases.
