photo cut out is unnecessary

how do you turn off photo cut out? it makes playing live photos harder and is just annoying

photo crop how to turn off aspect ratio lock? it seems ios now locks aspect ratio all the time when cropping photos - or may be I clicked something by mistake to make it like that.
