HandOff on iPhone 13 ProMax no longer working

I am on v16.4. And I can no longer copy/paste from Mac Studio (v13.3) to iPhone txt or messaging.

In addition I can no longer access my iCloud account. It is grayed out

Most common uses were to quickly share url's and article sentences and paragraphs.

I was advised on YouTube (How to Fix Copy/Paste Option Not Working after iOS 14 Update) to turn off HandOff from the General Settings tab, then sign out of iCloud, but I cannot access it

Anyone have a workaround for this ?

Both devices need to be on the same Apple ID.

Set up Handoff

Use Handoff with any Mac, iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch that meets the Continuity system requirements. Handoff works when your devices are near each other and set up as follows.

  • Each device is signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID.
  • To see the Apple ID used by Apple Watch, open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, then go to General > Apple ID.
  • Each device has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi turned on.
  • Each device has Handoff turned on.
  • Mac with macOS Ventura or later: Choose Apple menu  > System Settings, click General in the sidebar, then click AirDrop & Handoff on the right. Turn on “Allow Handoff between this Mac and your iCloud devices.”
  • Mac with earlier versions of macOS: Choose Apple menu  > System Preferences, click General, then select “Allow Handoff between this Mac and your iCloud devices.”
  • iPhone or iPad: Go to Settings > General > AirPlay & Handoff, then turn on Handoff.
  • Apple Watch: In the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, tap General and turn on Enable Handoff. Apple Watch supports handing off from your watch to your iPhone or Mac.

Thanks SravenKrA

I should have mentioned I've been using HandOff for quite some time now. It suddenly went to non-working status, without my changing anything I can think of. And I have turned off HandOff, shut down my iPhone, then restarted and turned on HandOff, and it is still not working

My Mac has been set to allow Airplay and HandOff since the beginning 1 year ago.

Just double checked both and it is on in both devices, but no longer working after update on both the Mac Studio and iPhone

To be clear, when I attempt to copy and paste from Mac to iPhone what I get is a scan icon and the words "Scan Text", so am unable paste
