Forgotten Apple ID security questions

Hello,my name is Ivana C. and I have an Apple ID. I want to login to my Icloud account to see some images with my father who died 7 years ago. I only had picture with him on my old Iphone 4 but I can't turn it on. I already reset my password with my mail but I can't log in because I forgot my security anwer and apple don't want to let me in my account because of I'm unabled to put in my security answer. So can you help me with that. I would be so much grateful to you because there is my only pictures with my dad. Thank you
