Apple Books settings

i really hope someone can help me!

I am ‘low vision’ and really depend on my iPad for a lot. I’ve recently started reading with the app provided… and I’ve somehow changed my settings to black letters on black background! I cannot read this🤦🏻‍♀️ what have I done to myself?

I think I tried to make the letters slightly larger. And now I’m… well, I can’t do anything for thinking about this😂 I’m sure it’s something simple, but I can’t see to figure out how to fix it. Has anyone else so thoroughly sabatoged themselves in so maddening a manner and been able to escape?

It’s iBooks on iPad and it’s all the books, but no other apps have changed. Tge iPad has not otherwise changed. I’m running the latest iOS and everything is tge latest update. (It’s an iPad 2, though); I’m wondering if deleting and reinstalling the app will reset it (hate to do that) or if there’s some way to reset everything to default and then redo my preferred giant letter settings.)

Any ideas? TiA!
