Verizon service vs us cellular and old IPhone

I wiped my old iphone 10 and sent to my aunt, she took to us cellular and they told her she couldn't use it with them because it was a Verizon phone. I didn't know that was possible, but how can she use it with us cellular service?

You will need to contact Verizon and ask them to unlock it.
