Is there a way to make all windows appear at the beginning of horizontal list of the full-screen windows?

By default, full-screen windows in Mission Control rearrange themselves automatically, which can be unpredictable and annoying. To avoid this, I disabled the "Automatically rearrange Spaces based on most recent use" feature in the Mission Control settings by unchecking the corresponding checkbox. However, this created another issue where some windows start appearing at the end of the horizontal list of full-screen windows while others keep staying at the start of the row when entering full-screen mode. This inconsistency makes the work with Spaces confusing and annoying. So is there any way to fix this issue and make all windows appear at the beginning of that list? Maybe there is some terminal command that could fix that?

they have appeared to the right of existing Spaces

Try this : Window → Tile Window to Left/Right of Screen → (Select second window)

Most likely the split full screen space will appear on the left of existing spaces, next to the default desktop space

You can rearrange the order of the Spaces just by dragging

That's what I have constantly to do almost every time I'm using spaces. That's a bit annoying. I'd like to find a way to stop doing it and make it work automatically. New Spaces (aka Fullscreen Windows) should appear next to the default Desktop Space by default without automatic or manual rearrangement afterwards.
