Maxboom pro M2 Max 16 inch can’t play video. Neither in the TV app video. It’s work after restart the computer.

Maxboom pro M2 Max 16 inch can’t play video on YouTube or other websites, neither google chrome or Safari. Neither in the TV app video. it will shows the video in fast pace and then stopped.


It’s works after restart the computer. But not working again days later.

We need to check if the issue is also occurring in safe mode.  Please use this article: How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support


If the issue does not occur in Safe Mode, check the section in that article titled: If an issue doesn't happen in safe mode for the steps to solve this.


If the issue is also occurring in safe mode, please test if the issue is also occurring in a newly created unmodified test user.  This article will help: Add a user or group on Mac - Apple Support


Let us know if the issue only occurs in your main administrator user, but not the test user, or if it's occurring in safe mode or not.
