Breathing frequency

i have a AW 6 but the registration of my breathing is not 24/7. On the day there is no registration and in the sleep pause at the night then it’s ok. What to do for a 24/7 registration ?

You are absolutely correct LD. Respiration rate is a feature associated with sleep tracking and that is how it was designed to work. If the OP is somehow getting some measurements during non-sleep sessions, it is an anomaly, and most definitely not how Apple designed respiration to work on Apple Watch.

That said, one can use Mindfulness to get respiration for a short period during the day as outlined in this support article --> Use Apple Watch to practice mindfulness - Apple Support
