Gcash Verification for apple never received can’t link my gcash to apple

Hi! I was about to purchase somthing in app but it asked me to verify my gcash. It said gcash already sent a verification account but I never received it. I tried unlinking gcash to apple but I can’t relink it since it keep asking for an OTP I can never receive. I di receive other messages just fine.

-I tried restarting my phone

-my cellular number is my gcash number same w my messages number (I use a dual sim hk variant ip14pro

I’m not sure if it’s because of my ios update :/
