Gcash verification: SMS request limit exceeded for several days?

I was trying to verify gcash as my payment method but after checking for around 3-4 consecutive days it still says sms request limit exceeded.

Every time i try to delete it and put my gcash again, it always labeled as “Failed” but my number works just fine? i use the same numbee as my gcash and paymaya acc, maybe thats one of the reasons?

Unable to add Gcash as payment method Gcash is an option when setting up payment methods here in the Philippines. The login worked just fine, I received all verification codes except for the sms notification in the final step where it says “you will receive a text message confirming the successful linking of your account with this merchant”. I’m stuck on a loading screen, no text messages, and it doesn’t even redirect me to the merchant’s page which is what it’s supposed to do according to this loading screen (attached a screenshot).

Apple doesn’t impose any limits on SMS messages. Carriers may impose a limit but more than likely it’s a limit imposed by Google to limit attempts by scammers, hackers and fraudsters. Please contact GCash support team.
