Last update affected access to appleid
After the 14 iOS update I cannot access my apple id via my iPhone. When I log via the browser it does not give me access to my purchases n other info.

What is happening when you try to access via your iPhone? If it is Greyed out, Please turn your screen time off to see if the problem persists
Also: for the iPhone 12 pro iOS 16.4 is the latest avaliable version, If you’re really on iOS 14 you should try and update
