Unable to access Apple Account settings on iPhone

What happens when you try?

Do you see a message that says it is due to restrictions?

Check at Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Account Changes, and make sure it is set to Allow.

Why not? Is [Your Name] grayed out? What happens when you try? What message appears?
