Apple Account setting unavailable on iPhone

I am trying to get into my Apple ID in the setting on my iPhone and cannot. The type is gray.

You may have Screen Time Restrictions set to ON.

Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ Accounts : Set this to ALLOW
