iCloud Activation lock

I found an iPhone SE 1st gen in my closet. Unfortunately, this device is so old that I have no access data for the Apple ID and also no password. Now I always get a message when booting this device: iCloud activation lock. Also, the home screen says that this device has been locked by the owner. And that the alleged owner "(null)" can see my location through Apple - "find my".

Can anyone help me reset this unit as it is still in great condition.
