Can I combine two apple id’s without losing information?

I have my original Apple ID plus a newer one I added along the way. I have subscription purchases on each ID but would like to just have one ID so apps like Apple Music and Cam Scanner are accessible on all my devices without switching ID’s. Can I do that without losing photos or other iCloud data? Thanks!

Your Apple ID is the personal account you use with all Apple products and services. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in, as well as the contact, payment, and security details that you use with Apple.

You can’t merge multiple Apple ID accounts.
