Hi guys,
I have a HP Windows laptop that just stopped working. I can still see the loading screen but then it goes black.
I thought I made a backup using iCloud and when I log in on our family iMac and go to “Apple ID”, I see on the left bottom corner: LAPTOP-numbers&letters (Windows). But when I go to iCloud.com I don’t see a backup to download.
Does anyone know the solution to this because when I don’t have a backup I am in really big trouble.

You mentioned looking for a Mac backup in iCloud. iCloud backups are not used with a Mac, as this is an iOS function.
However, iCloud can sync information to the iCloud website and other devices using the same Apple ID and has items selected to sync with iCloud.
