Bought a iphone with activation lock

Hello ~ That is the activation lock. If the person/persons that you bought the iPhone from cannot or will not remove it …the iPhone is basically useless to you. If they cannot/will not remove it…return it and get your money back. We cannot help remove it nor can Apple. Take a look here:

Contact the seller for assistance. If the seller won't help and you bought it through a 3rd party such as eBay that has buyer protection, contact them.

There is no way to bypass activation lock without the assistance of the previous owner.

Ask the seller to remove the lock or give you a refund, or if applicable, ask the people running the store or website you bought it through for a refund. It's an anti-theft measure.
