Apple TV

Currently trying to play a film on my Xbox via the app that I’ve bought.can play on my phone but on the Xbox.any advice?

iPhone 12, iOS 16

In this case you can attempt to sign out of your account and back in to see if you're able to watch the content. However, if that doesn't help you can uninstall the app and instal it again. You'll also want to make sure that any device you're running the Apple TV app on is up-to-date. If things persist you can reach out for additional support here: Get Support
