Note sharing

If I am currently sharing a note with someone I have blocked and I make updates to it, do they also get the note updates or not?

The only way it works if we are both on the shared note at the same time. If I delete the note and she reshares it, I get the old unedited note! I googled this issue and tried several fixes with no improvement. Stop sharing a note with someone I Am the owner of a shared note. If I stop sharing the note with a specific person, does the note disappear on their end? Or do they just keep a copy of it but have no access to the live version? Is actually deleting the note the only way for them to stop seeing it?

Shared note and Notifications. I shared a note with someone. They have access and have read the note. IF I make an edit, will they get an alert on their phone that I have made an edit, OR, will they just be able to see the edit if they login? I do NOT want to edit it, if they will get another notification on their iMessage everytime I edit it, but I want them to still have access and to be able to see the edit, only if they CHOOSE to login and read the note.

Blocked their email?

Notes are shared through Apple ID/iCloud. Have you blocked them there?

When you block a phone number or contact, they can still leave a voicemail, but you won't get a notification. Messages that are sent or received won't be delivered. Also, the contact won't get a notification that the call or message was blocked. When you block an email address from Mail, it goes to the trash folder. Email blocking works across all your Apple devices.
