Retrieve photos not saved to Cloud

I was laid off from work March 2023 and the company removed exchange email (via remote) from my personal phone and ended up wiping and resetting my phone.

I have been out of cloud space since Aug. 2022 therefore many pics & files was on phone only (not backed up) and it's now all gone. Yes that's on me but company had no right to wipe and reset personal phone.

Is there any way at all to get my "old" phone back? The pics mean the most to me. Appreciate any info. Thanks.
