Low heat rate notification in sleep.

Is is possible to get notifications including vibration from Apple Watch with the sleep app on at night? This could be important for some people taking medication which can significantly lower heart rate leading to chest pain

Best way to test that is to set a low heart rate notification to a level above your normal sleeping minimum heart rate and see if you get a notification in your sleep. Your sleep monitoring will show typical lowest heart rates.
