How to Turn off ecg report notification on iphone

My iphone started showing a notification every time I do an ecg on my Apple Watch 6. How do I turn off the notification?

Check Settings > Health > Notifications on the iPhone.

Apple Watch Heart Notifications & Sleep I have set up my Apple Watch and iPhone to provide notifications regarding my heart, and more specifically, to this question, high and low heart rates. I also use my Apple Watch and iPhone to track my sleep and have a sleep schedule set. I've found that when my phone is in the "sleep" focus mode, any health (heart) notifications that come during that time are silenced, and I wake up in the morning to see the notifications when sleep is turned off. Why are these notifications not coming through? It would seem to me that these should break through the "sleep" mode and alert me. These alerts should be presented at all times, regardless of any mode or silencing.

High heart rate alerts I have set up high heart alerts on my Apple Watch, but I don’t receive any notifications. I can see there are no data sources visible in the heart section on the health app….. help!

Can't turn on Sleep Apnea or Breathing Disturbances notifications I just got an Apple Watch 10 specifically for the sleep apnea tracking and notifications. I've read several articles about how to activate this, but the options aren't available in my Health App. You're supposed to be able to turn on notifications under Respiratory>Breathing Disturbances and Respiratory>Sleep Apnea Notifications, but neither of those pages has a place to turn on notifications. What am I missing?
