Hi my friend sent me a video and it came through blurry. How can I unblur the video???

How did he send it to you? If it's blurry, chances are it was compressed to a much lower resolution and you won't be able restore it.

Next time have him use a cloud service such as DropBox, Microsoft OneDrive or Livedrive. It won't compress your file.

Unblurring a Video:

A. Try Disabling Zoom:

1. Go to: Settings app
2. Tap: Accessibility
3. Tap: Zoom under the Vision category. 

B. Any Recent Installs?:

Uninstall any recent Third-Party apps that were installed as of two days ago.
