As above I am waiting and wondering when will I get the latest version of Logic Pro, I think it is 10.7? Can anyone tell me as I have tirelessly searched the apple web site and cannot get any answers.

You need to go to the AppStore, sign in with the user account that you used when you purchased Logic Pro, then download it.
NOTE: the Appstore will only offer an updated download if your macOS is high enough (currently macOS 12.3 or later)
