I'm looking for Logic Pro 11.1

I clicked on update in the app store, but I still have 11.0.1 installed on my Mac.

Mac mini, macOS 14.1

Go to App Store, click on your account, find Logic Pro and click on the preview screenshot. The update button will appear. Apple please fix this, it is not untuitive at all.

Have Logic Pro 10.7.9 installed. Want to upgrade to 10.8, but that version doesn't show in the App Store for me I open the store, and click on "Updates" on the left sidebar. The main section shows this message: "No Updates. All your apps are up to date." How can this be? When I ask Logic Pro what version it is, I see 10.7.9. Version 10.8 is out...everybody's talking about it. What do I need to do to get the App Store to work properly?

Updating to an older Logic Pro version? I've seen this kind of question asked before, but still don't know the answer for sure: I'm still running Monterey, here, (because, y'know, stability, long-term nervousness about upgrading OSs when projects are ongoing) but I'd like to update Logic Pro (I'm currently on 10.7.4) to the latest version I'm allowed. In the past, when you wanted to update applications, the App Store definitely *used* to show you a message like "The latest version is XXXX, but you can download the latest compatible version." That no longer seems to be the case. I'm not offered the latest compatible version of Logic (or Mainstage, for that matter) – just a message in the App Store saying "Required macOS 13.5 or later". Is this really how it is? We can no longer upgrade at our own speed, when we're fairly certain that all the plugins we use are compatible and relatively rock-solid? Seems odd that I have to trundle along with Logic 10.7.4 until I'm brave enough to update to Ventura. But hey, maybe I should just bite the bullet :\

Finding Logic 10.8 in the App Store I was using the latest version of Ventura, went to the App Store and tried to download Logic 10.8, was told I had to update to Sonoma so I did. Now no updates are available for Logic so I did a search, found a copy on the web and installed it. The new version told me it was 10.8.1 but it had none of the new features I was looking for. Next day when I loaded Logic it reverted back to 10.7.9, I went to the App Store to get the update, not available. What gives??? First time that's ever happened, I've had Logic for awhile, always able to download updates, is there a reason 10.8.1 is not available?, Is there something wrong with it? Why is the update not available? This makes no sense at all, very frustrating, would think that Apple could do better than that.

This update also requires macOS 14.4 or later. My older Intel based mac is only supported up to Ventura 13.7.1

Click on Logic in the bought App list.

Thank you. This morning the App Store had Logic update available again. This time it was 11.1.
