Last night I fell asleep on my lighting cable as it was probably unplugged during the night. I woke up with these burn marks, very similar to what other have reported.
I just need to ask if anyone has recovered, we’re there any long term effects? Thanks

You should not sleep on the cable of your iphone nor the phone. the phone gets really hot and can set of fire.
If it is a burn then you should put it under water and keep it away from air, if you need to go seak medical advice.
