Notifications on Safari

Greetings
I am writing to clarify one of the new features of iOS 16.4: do you encounter problems with push notifications on Safari?
I have saved some Sites as Web-App on the Home and I have consented to receive notifications.
However, I don't see the Banner with the notifications but only the Badge, with the number of notifications received.
Which Web-Apps have you tried with? Does everything work perfectly?
If yes, did you have to enable some "Experimental Features" of Safari?
