How do I get into the activication lock my apple I'd & password not recognised

We'll be glad to help you out with this. If Activation Lock is enabled, the only way to remove that is by following the steps outlined in How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support
If you are unable to complete those steps, it would not be possible to remove Activation Lock.
