Video streaming service

My YouTube app and Disney app isn’t working when I am trying to watch something it shows something went wrong try again later and it has been a couple of days now.

Select Streaming Services Not Working On New iPhone I’ve been having trouble with some streaming services since I got my new phone. I got an iPhone 16 Plus from Spectrum, our internet and service provider. In particular, Netflix and Viki are not working. I have tried: Restarting my phone Closing and reopening the app Checking my settings for software updates Checking the App Store for app updates Deleting and redownloading the apps Hard resetting the apps from settings Both apps mentioned open and boot up fine on my phone, I can even browse and search. The only issue is they won’t actually play an episode of a show. These platforms work fine on my other devices such as my laptop and TV. Any solutions?

Why are streaming services not working on my new iPhone 16 Pro Max? We just got new iPhones and none of my steaming services are working (Disney+, netflix, peacock, prime video, HBO, etc. This is so frustrating especially after spending so much money on a new phone. These worked fine previously. I have done ALL of the troubleshooting and nothing works. This issue needs to be fixed asap. My husband got the same new iPhone at the exact same time as me and yet his streaming services are working just fine. [Re-Titled By Moderator]

Issues streaming apple+ but other services like Netflix are streaming fine When I try to play a show or movie it will do ads and recap but when the actual episode is beginning I get a notice that it is unable to stream and try later and it’s been like this for a week.

Have you tried on a different network?

If so, and you're still having the same issue, try restarting your device.

If that fails, try removing the apps, restarting the device, and then installing them again.
