Watch doesn’t register cooking as “stand”

Hi, I can’t be the only one frustrated by this. I am a chef and regularly cook for 4-5 hours at a time. This of course takes many steps around the kitchen, as well as distinctive wrist motions like stirring, shaking, etc. My watch has never registered these cooking motions as “standing” and as a result my watch annoying tells me every hour to “get up and move around!” when my feet and knees (and often arms!) are aching from moving around so much. I know it’s a small annoyance but does anybody else have this problem? Is there a way to increase motion sensitivity to register as “standing?” Should I just get over this and make peace with manually keeping track of data like this?

thanks all
