Apple Watch won't swipe up since latest iOS update

When swiping up, I don't get the control centre, but the weather, calendar etc. I used to be able to see the torch, airplane mode but not now. I have turned off watch, I have reset it and I have unpaired it. I have turned off haptics and back on again but still nothing. Very frustrating as it was working before update.
