How can I convert Procreate time lapse video to MP4 format easily, without it loocing content?

I am making NFTs and would like to use iMovie to edit my time lapse videos from Procreate. There, you can see me draving, coloring etc. How can I convert my readymade Procreate time lapse videos to MP4 format easily, without it loosing content, backgrounds etc.?

For example OpenSea has only certain video formats it takes in.
