How can I download an earlier version of Keynote and Garage Band for macOS Big Sur 11.7.5?

If you have never installed these applications previously from the Mac App Store, then there is no means to get them for Big Sur.

Otherwise, launch the Mac App Store and sign in with the same Apple ID as previous. Press cmd+0 (zero) to open the Purchases panel and if you see a blue cloud download icon next to these applications, then click that. You will be advised that you can install the last compatible version of either application for Big Sur.
