According to Identify your AirPods you're using first generation AirPods Pro. If they were manufactured prior to October 2020, it's possible they may be included in the AirPods Pro Service Program for Sound Issues program. You can use Check Your Service and Support Coverage to see when these were purchased and get a better idea if they may be covered.
There are also suggested troubleshooting options at If your AirPods Pro (1st generation) make crackling or static sounds:
"Follow these steps.
- Make sure that you have the latest software on your connected iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac.
- Check that your connected device is nearby, and there's no wireless interference or obstructions between you and your device.
- Listen to audio from a different app to see if the app causes the issue. "
