Hello fellow AirTag users, my question is, I bought an AirTag for my Dog Cookie. (She’s an escape artist and is always on the run) My question is, I Travel and she stays home with her Air Tag on her collar. If I’m gone for a week with my iPhone, Is the AirTag going to start “beeping” driving Her and her Sitter Crazy?
Yikes! Is there anyway I can turn off the beep once it starts from my phone? Or is it only going to turn off once we reunite. Thanks John

Thanks for choosing the Apple Support Communities. We see you want to use an AirTag to track your pet while traveling. If your AirTag isn't near your device, and near someone else, they will get an alert and a beep from the AirTag. With that being said, if you have a device you can connect the AirTag to and keep it at the house, you may be able to circumvent the alert and be able to use Find My to track your pet if necessary.
