Specific iPhone settings are unavailable

Hello, when I open the settings I can’t touch my profile where is the iCloud+ Apple ID etc. I also can touch the Face ID at settings. What happens?

Do you have a MDM profile?

If so, contact your company - IT department.

  • Check restrictions -> tap Settings -> Screen Time -> Content & Privacy -> scroll to Allow Changes.
