Can’t open certain tabs

Hello

i bought my I phone from Myanmar but now I’m using in Japan

I can’t open certain websites on any browser, safari, chrome or Google

i can’t open mangabuddy, vyvymanga.net and other comic and manga websites

also I had to open vpn to access ao3

is there anything I can do to fix it?
