Safari not letting me access website on my iPhone?

I am not able to open my official site****neither on Safari nor on Google Chrome. The site opens but when I put my username and password a message flashes showing that you are on Old version of Google Chrome/Safari browser update it . But when I delete the app and again download it from apple App Store it again shows the same problem . Please solve my problem as soon as possible so that I can work on this official site.
