Series 8 Apple Watch will not pair with 2022 Silverado

Is it possible to pair Apple Watch series 8 to my 2022 Chevy Silverado? I would like to pair watch like I pair my phone. Is this possible?

It's not possible at all. Apple Watch pairs with iPhone. It cannot pair with any other device. You pair your iPhone with your car, not your watch.
