I'm using a translator App : "Translate Tab", as I didn't find something else.
Is there an option to Change/move the translate option link to the First menu as seen in the print screen attached ?

I don't think you can do that, BUT there is a better way :-)
Add a keyboard shortcut and then just press it.
Go to System Settings->Keyboard, press Keyboard Shortcuts, then choose Services, add the exact text:
"Translare selection with Translate Tab"
(without the quotes) and choose the desired shortcut - say, for example, Command-Option-T (or any that you prefer, just so long as it is not used for something else).
