I think there is some kind of virus on my phone how do I get it off or check

Even though iPhones themselves cannot get viruses, there are plenty of scams that try to convince you to reveal your Apple ID and other personal information. They are very common and people succumb to them every day.

Make sure that each family member has a unique Apple ID - Apple Support

Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support


Social media sites typically use just a name and password to log in, so if someone discovers those credentials they effectively become "you". If those sites offer the equivalent two-factor authentication, use it.
