Apple Program Developer - Organization

I have a question about enrolling in the Apple Developer Program as an organization. My company started the enrollment process a while ago. We received feedback from Apple, and the next step is confirmation via a phone call to proceed further with the application. Our company is located in Poland, and the account holder is the head of the company. However, he does not speak English very well, so a phone call is impossible, if apple wants to confirm the information about the account or organization.

Is the phone call necessary? What questions would Apple ask? Is it possible to skip the phone call or contact Apple directly via email to confirm the information? Has anyone ever encountered such a problem?

Thank you for your help!

Update!

We talked with apple. The head of our company needed to be in the same room during the call. They just wanted to confirm the information given in the form. Addidtionally we had a person that understood english from the company that was translating for the apple support and the head of the company.

You’ll need to discuss this with Apple Developer Support directly.

If you make it clear that Polish is a requirement for that call, maybe Apple can make that happen?

Otherwise, speakerphone?

Usual here would be a company Apple ID account, not one specifically tied to any person. Best not use the owner’s own personal Apple ID. Create one.
