Is it possible on a MacBook to have songs on an album separated by their titled, e.g, if I had a bunch of versions of a song I would group them together and there is a space between that and next songalmost like this?

For this genre I prefer to use the composer as artist & album artist, since this is usually more important to me, and relegate the performer details to the comments section. Here is a stab at using the work and movement features on Vivaldi's Four Seasons. I've organized it so that I see pretty much the same information whether or not Work & Movement is enabled.
You could have a heading for the song with its versions below it.
